Jeremy ‘J’ Kolt is the president and CEO of ChefKo. Starting in the butcher shop as a teenager, J has been involved in every aspect of the company for more than 25 years. After earning his degree from Cleveland State University, J came into the company to assist his father Ken until Ken’s retirement in 2015.  J constantly searches for the next right and best deal to be passed on to our customers. As a single parent J has raised a daughter, Summer, and a son, Austin. When not glued to his computer, you can find J tinkering with his ’59 Chevy or out on the twisting back roads on his motorcycle.

As ChefKo’s Sales Manager for 20 years, Mike has been the driving force behind ChefKo’s major chain accounts. Mike graduated from Cathedral Latin in Cleveland and attended Kent State University. Prior to his coming here Mike was a regional manager for two national food companies. Mike resides in greater Cleveland with his wife Bonnie and their three children; Ryan, Chris and Kelly. Mike is as accomplished at bocce as he is on the firing range. His mastiff Guinness and his golden retriever Rudy are his constant companions.

Steve is a lifelong resident of Cleveland. After serving in the US Army, Steve came to ChefKo and has been here ever since. Steve began as a driver, moved to sales, and was then promoted to warehouse manager. Steve has two adult daughters; Victoria and Ashley, and is married to Mary Kate. Steve is an avid fan of the Browns and Indians and spends his spare time riding Harley’s with Mary Kate. Always quick with a laugh, Steve is very proud of the successes of ChefKo.

Prior to coming to ChefKo to help create the vision and future of the company, Carl owned and operated one of the most prominent food manufacturing companies in Ohio for over 30 years. Carl went to the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is a licensed Realtor. He lives in Warren with his wife Micaela and is the father of 3 grown children and grandfather to 6 beautiful children. Carl is a multi-published author.

After spending the previous 15 years traveling around the country working in corporate automobile manufacturing, with roles in New Vehicle Launch, Project Management, and Global Manufacturing Systems Leader, Luciano decided to come back home to Cleveland and back into the Food Industry that he previously found success in before moving into the automotive world.
